About UPA(S)

Founded in 2000, the UPA(S) was created to have a legitimate entity with which to run the Singapore Ultimate Open, one of the oldest, longest-running Ultimate tournaments in SE Asia.

In 2008, UPA(S) was inducted as a full member of the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) the international governing body for all disc-related sports in the world and organizers of the World Club and World National Championships. Today, the UPA(S) leads a thriving community of more than 600 active members, not including the students from the various schools & varsities who play the sport as part of their PE curriculum or as an extra-curricular activity, and the many recreational groups that play the sport on a leisure basis.

We are registered with the Registry of Societies (ROS), Singapore.

Who is in UPA(S) ?

Everyone! In particular, everyone who plays disc.

• If you are a Ultimate Player in Singapore, you are a part of UPA(S).
• If you are a Disc Golfer in Singapore, you are a part of UPA(S).
• If you play Beach Ultimate in Singapore, you are a part of UPA(S).
