Please note the following details of the UPA AGM:

We strongly urge you to spread the word to your club members to attend. It is important that you are there in person to vote in an Exco will bring the Singapore Ultimate community forward in 2010. 

Nominations are open for the roles of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. We hope you can offer a few nominations so that the names can be announced prior to AGM. 

In addition, the elected positions will now be tenable for 2 years instead of 1. Should the existing Exco be re-elected, their roles will be up for elections next year, with this current year of service being considered as year 1. We hope that with a longer term of service, and with the potential to stagger the entry and exit points of the Exco, the community may benefit from synergies of new and old. Further details will be provided at the AGM itself.
